6MW Off-Road Charging System
The Fortescue Zero 6MW Off-Road Charging System is the largest DC charger in the market for output power and voltage. Ruggedised for harsh environment operations, the system charges 3MWh batteries within 30 minutes. Charger designed for high-level efficiency and optimised energy utilisation.
The system is machine agnostic, with the modular and scalable design for evolving requirements and integration of new technologies. It is ground up designed to be integrated with fleet management systems to enhance battery life.

3MW Off-Road Charging System
The Fortescue Zero 3MW Off-Road Charging System is designed to serve Dozer and Grader class vehicles and machinery. Designed for fast charging, minimizing equipment downtime.
Designed to meet the IP66 standard, where critical components are protected from both water and dust infiltration, the charger also meets ISO 2867 standards, offering protection from minor rockfalls. Key components are isolation mounted against vibration or seismic activity.

Motorsport Ultra Fast Charging System
The Fortescue Zero Motorsport Ultra Fast Charging System is a 1500 v, 15.5 kWh battery system, built using specially designed cells, providing 600 KW charge power.
It is designed for the track, to complete two 4 kWh power boosts in quick succession for electrified pit-stops, with the time required to complete the vehicle RESS handshake and deliver charge being under 30 seconds. Charge power is configurable, and the unit has a separate zero power practice mode. Crucially, there are multi-layer safety protocols to prevent an attached pull-away.
Fortescue Zero’s Ultra-Fast Charging technology is used in Formula E's Pit Boost technology, to deliver a +10% charge of total battery capacity in under 30 seconds.
