  • Dozer Power System

    The Dozer power system is built to perform in demanding and safety-critical environments, offering a profitable solution for decarbonising operations by minimizing total cost of ownership. Rigorously proven out in real-world usage on Fortescue’s mine sites, our system features advanced safety and performance monitoring via our Battery Management System, Elysia, actively detecting potential anomalies to enable early intervention to minimise safety risks and maximise performance. Our power systems are engineered for power, productivity and flexibility, minimising downtime and integrating seamlessly into existing applications, providing reliable and adaptable solutions. This is the only Dozer power system available in this power class.

  • Grader Power System

    The Grader power system is designed to perform in challenging and safety critical environments, all while maintaining a low total cost of ownership over the life of the system. Rigorously proven out in real-world usage on Fortescue's mine sites, the systems feature advanced performance monitoring via our Battery Management System, Elysia, actively detecting potential anomalies to enable early intervention to minimise safety risks and maximising the performance.   • Rail Power System

    The Fortescue Zero Rail power system leads the market in installed battery capacity, energy regeneration, energy efficiency and in total cost of ownership. With the ability to operate in mixed fleet configurations alongside conventional diesel locomotives in a consist. Operators can seamlessly integrate new carbon free locomotives into their freight environment.

  • 6MW Off-Road Charging System

    The Fortescue Zero 6MW Off-Road Charging System is the largest DC charger in the market for output power and voltage. Ruggedised for harsh environment operations, the system charges 3MWh batteries within 30 minutes. The system is machine agnostic and future proofed, with the modular and scalable design providing the flexibility to produce chargers in 1.5MW increments. It is ground up designed to be integrated with fleet management systems to enhance battery life and energy use.

  • 3MW Off-Road Charging System

    The Fortescue Zero 3MW Off-Road Charging System is designed to serve Dozer and Grader class vehicles and machinery. Designed to meet the IP66 standard, where critical components are protected from both water and dust infiltration, the charger also meets ISO 2867 standards, offering protection from minor rockfalls. Key components are isolation mounted against vibration or seismic activity.
